Volunteer with Access Aspiration
Access Aspiration provides high-quality careers support, guidance and experiences for 16-18 year olds in London who are making key decisions about their future, but struggling to make links with employers. Volunteering opportunities are open to our Mayor’s Fund for London corporate supporters. Please get in touch to find out more.
The pandemic has severely affected young people’s journey into work, and the cost of living crisis is now further deepening inequalities.
Our Access Aspiration corporate volunteering programme helps young Londoners get back on track by delivering much-needed careers support and guidance, at a time when young people are facing increased uncertainty around their future prospects.
We target schools in boroughs where a high proportion of students are eligible for Pupil Premium and report a lack of access to businesses.
Our Access Aspiration programme currently supports over 3,000 students at 44 secondary schools spanning 23 London boroughs.
Become a corporate supporter today to:
- Strengthen diversity and inclusion work – widening your reach to young Londoners from diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds;
- Promote your business to a talented and motivated future workforce; and
- Support your Environmental, Social and Governance considerations.
The programme provides varied in-person and virtual careers advice and work experience opportunities throughout the academic year for staff engagement and volunteering.
Our partners and supporters include corporates* as well as government, public bodies and charities. Your support will enable us to continue to run the programme with almost 3,000 sixth form students and ensure they continue to benefit from high quality employer encounters.
Contact us today and we would be happy to discuss options with you.

“Thanks for the opportunity. I really love what your organisation is doing for the young generation and very happy to help however I can to give these kids a better future. Our industry needs more diversity in so many ways. The change will come with the next generation. It is also inspiring to see how engaged these kids are!” – Founder & CEO, Seaforth Land
“Many of our students are the first generation to go to university or to aspire for a career in sectors such as medicine, finance or law. Thanks to Access Aspiration the students practice interview techniques, learn how to present themselves and gain confidence in speaking to employers.” – Teacher, Eastbury Community School, Barking & Dagenham
