EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMMES MANAGER
Phil started with the Mayor’s Fund for London in 2013 working with a network of employment support providers on our Young London Working programme. His current role is managing our employment programmes, including Access Aspiration and Creativity Works. Phil has extensive experience of programme performance and grant management of programmes along with commissioning delivery partners for delivering our Creativity Works employability programme and managing the careers guidance programme Access Aspiration. He is dedicated to evaluating programme outcomes and improving effectiveness. Phil has a passion for programmes supporting young Londoners into work and for helping employers recruit diverse talent for their businesses. He has an in-depth knowledge of careers education and employment and skills provision across London.
