Mila has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in the NHS and non-profit organisations. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an MA in Design Management and an MA in Personnel and Development. She enjoys working with colleagues to create an environment that values and respects everyone’s talents and differences.
