Jim joined the Mayor’s Fund for London having most recently been Chief Executive of Toynbee Hall, an East London community organisation since 2017. During that time, he revitalised its focus; built deeper engagement with communities; and renewed the historic home of the charity to support a vibrant and growing range of services and partnerships. Jim was previously a Director at London Youth, and before that was a senior civil servant in the UK Home Office. He has worked in international development; and earlier for a number of national charities, having begun his career in marketing for a multinational company. Jim is chair of trustees at youth refugee charity, Dost, and a board member of Collaborate CIC.
