Charlotte Austin

Charlotte joined Mayor’s Fund for London in June 2022 following a degree in Sociology and several years working with young people in the charity sector. Her previous experience includes working for an education charity and sourcing alumni volunteers to return to schools and share employability tips and personal stories of inspiration with students.

As well as working with corporates and alumni volunteers, Charlotte has experience designing and facilitating engaging workshops for students and young people between the ages of 11 and 25 to help raise their awareness of their skills and support them with their next steps. She has recently qualified as a Personal Performance Coach and is excited to have the opportunity to support young people through the Access Aspiration programme!
