Kelly Canterford is the Programme Manager for Property Needs You and Changing the Face of Property, a collaboration of 12 of the largest real estate companies in the UK who are working together to accelerate diversity and inclusion across the real estate industry. Kelly is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the property industry, media, and coaching and is passionate about raising awareness of the various career opportunities available in the built environment to bring new talent into the industry.
