TAKE & MAKE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Adam began at the Mayor’s Fund for London in 2022. Prior to joining, he managed the Borough Food Cooperative, a foodbank and soup kitchen fighting food poverty and food waste in South London. He is passionate about people and their communities, Adam spent time as a librarian for Lambeth Libraries and worked in local government at Rutland County Council.
Having worked previously as a Chef de Partie, Adam brings the flavour and intensity of the kitchen to all of his work. His role is coordinating the Mayor’s Fund for London Take & Make project, working alongside the Food and Wellbeing Team to tackle food insecurity among young Londoners.
