The Greater London Authority’s (GLA) Workforce Integration Network (WIN) helps to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. It’s focus is initially on the construction and digital sectors, but will engage other sectors over time. WIN has developed an Inclusive Employers Toolkit which aims to help companies increase recruitment, retention and progression of young Black men aged 16 – 24 years within their workforces.
