Inclusive Employers Toolkit

The Greater London Authority’s (GLA) Workforce Integration Network (WIN) helps to improve pathways for underrepresented groups in the workplace. It’s focus is initially on the construction and digital sectors, but will engage other sectors over time. WIN has developed an Inclusive Employers Toolkit which aims to help companies increase recruitment, retention and progression of young Black men aged 16 – 24 years within their workforces. The FIR Toolkit

The FIR Toolkit has been developed by the construction industry, for the construction industry, to explain the principles and business benefits of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect . The FIR Tookit is a range of free workshops, e-learning modules, toolbox talks, webinars, case studies and other online resources. There is no cost to attend workshops or use resources.
