This page holds 10 Maths Kitchen resources. They can be used in any order you wish.

These are designed to engage children who are reluctant with maths but enjoy more practical activities like cooking. The TIFF LCT logosessions have some easy to follow recipes where the mathematical aspects are promoted to enhance the children’s learning experience and to make links with real life maths.

Most are focused on working within Key Stage 2, however you can change the pitch of the maths to work with the lower Key Stage.

Don’t worry there are some non-cook sessions thrown in to give the teacher a break!
