Access Aspiration

“Young adults who recall four or more encounters with employers while at school are five times less likely to be NEET and earn on average, 18% more than peers who recall no such activities.”

(Gatsby Review of Career Education)

Access Aspiration works with London schools to provide high quality work experience opportunities and in-school employment development for 16 to 18-year-olds.

By linking young people and business, the programme aims to increase social mobility by broadening  young people’s understanding of the workplace and increasing confidence, resilience and knowledge.

It supports a network of prestigious London employers, including the Bank of England and EE, which are committed to improving skills, aspiration and diversity.
