City Pitch projects are created and led by young people, with support from teachers and our expert team of facilitators. All schools selected to participate will receive funding for their chosen project, varying from £500 up to £1500 for finalist schools.
In 2017, 12 primary schools and 12 secondary schools/colleges from across London will be selected to take part in City Pitch. The programme begins with a Leadership Day in school for 60 pupils and culminates with the final pitch event at City Hall for 6 finalist schools.
“The Mayor’s Fund for London is going a long way to help young Londoners access everything our great capital has to offer. City Pitch provides a brilliant opportunity for our most important generation to act upon the aspiration they have to make a difference.”
