Our mission is to give young Londoners the skills and opportunity to get a decent job and therefore escape poverty. We do that by finding and funding the most effective projects in London and working with them to improve their impact.

Our programme currently operates in 7 boroughs: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Newham, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. Over the next year, we plan to be pan London, concentrating on areas of most need.

Barclays is investing in 3 of our projects and our real-time evaluation carried out by New Philanthropy Capital.
Goldman Sachs has worked with us to develop the Young London Working Project, producing the funding & designing the project from day one.
Berkeley marked the launch of their charitable Foundation with a fundraising evening at Horse Guards Parade in March 2011 from which we were a major beneficiary.
BGC Partners commemorates the employees they lost in the Sept 11 attacks through an annual Charity Day. We have been a beneficiary since 2009.
Borealis Infrastructure is one of our valued corporate supporters.
We are delighted to have been chosen as Cazenove Capital’s Charity of the Year for 2013 and 2014 and are working with them and their staff on fundraising events and volunteering activities.

Man Charitable Trust have been generous supporters of the Mayor’s Fund for London since our launch in 2009 donating to our project Unlocking Potential.
